Customer Loyalty Scheme – T’s & C’s

  • This customer loyalty card scheme is operated by The Grumpy Goat Limited, Reading RG1 1EU. Registered in England & Wales: company no. 08714905.

  • The Grumpy Goat can cancel, withdraw or alter the scheme at any time, including these terms and conditions or any individual customer loyalty card account

  • All customer loyalty cards belong to The Grumpy Goat

  • If your loyalty card is lost, stolen or damaged we can give you a replacement and transfer your old points balance onto it

  • Points can only be added if the loyalty card is present at the time of sale, and cannot be added retrospectively

  • Points cannot be gained or redeemed on gift cards

  • The customer loyalty card scheme is only valid in store

  • We do not issue additional cards for the same account

  • If we identify that you hold two or more customer loyalty cards, these cannot be merged

  • The customer loyalty card scheme is for personal use only; business/trade use is strictly prohibited and constitutes abuse. The Grumpy Goat reserves the right, at point of purchase or retrospectively, to determine whether a transaction constitutes business usage

  • The Grumpy Goat can take any action it considers appropriate, including removing or suspending a customer loyalty card and points accrued if we have reason to believe you are abusing the scheme or offers

  • Use of additional offers and benefits associated with your customer loyalty card are subject to availability

  • The Grumpy Goat will remove customer loyalty points from customer loyalty cards that haven’t been used for two years or have been closed
